KANPACK Thermal Covers key insulation material is made inhouse to ensure assured quality and performance even in extreme temperatures. Single and double enclosed air cell pocket layer is a high performing material in long range of temperature variation. Outer most layer is 97% reflective, which reflects a great amount of the visible spectrum solar radiation, reducing heat gain inside the pallet

12 inch * 18 inch full loaded tablets in boxes in direct sunlight with minimum temp 36C and maximum temp 48.5C

Preparation:

Two fully loaded carton boxes of 12*18 inches were used, one with KTC908 thermal cover properly fitted and one without cover. Data logger were placed inside each box beneath top surface, one more data logger was placed on the outer surface of the boxes such that its opposite to the data logger placed inside the box.
